Yes there is a mountain of information on your support pages, but from the customer's perspective it's quite a labyrinth to sort through, I miss the good old days when a simple support email sufficed. Please work on ensuring your customers can actually get up and running quickly after purchasing your products, all of this activation, registrations processes and what not can be very confusing and not always clear what the next steps are especially if messages or accounts are not updated in a timely manner. Product keys are publicly available, the product key for SketchBook Pro 7 is 732G1. What was supposed to have been a quick simple purchase of a digital download to use the product to do an illustration assignment that same night turned into an adventure of unnecessary fustration. To summarize what happened: I purchased the software, received email with only serial, logged into my autodesk account and product was nowhere to be seen for several days, hence no available product key either… put in a ticket, no response, then it was closed suddenly, looked for another route of support, found this forum, then not too long later product shows up in my account page. I am now up and running, as for my assignment intended that day, I had to resort to trusty Photoshop again.
Thank you for responding, funny enough, once I relogged into my autodesk account, the product finally showed up as an available download with the serial and product key.
